Policy
We
are committed in delivering our Customers’ orders to the designated Shipping
Address in Jakarta and many big cities of Indonesia. We
cooperate with professional logistic company who will ensure all deliveries are
done on time and handled with care. Our shipping rates are determined by item’s
weight and destination (read Shipping Rates.)
Delivery Time
• Estimated delivery time within Jakarta:
1-2 working days from the day we received Customer’s payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time outside of Jakarta: within 2-7 working days (depending
on the destination.)

Terms and Conditions
• Shipping is not processed on public holiday and weekends (Saturday and
Sunday.) Shipping will only be done during weekdays and within working hours
(Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM.)
• In the case that Customer orders on weekend/public holiday, the
shipping will take roughly an extra 2 days to reach the designated shipping
address.
• Our logistic partner works professionally. Should no one is available
to receive the packages when delivered; our courier might take back the item to
our office. If you plan to leave your designated shipping address please assign
someone whom you can trust to receive the items and complete the payment
process (read Payment Policy.)
• Please ensure the Shipping Address input in your profile is accurate
to avoid undelivered packages caused by wrong address.
