How to Claim
When submitting claim to insight-unlimited.com
for Materially
Different reasons, you will need to provide complete comments and information
explaining why the product you received is materially different from the item
you ordered.
Please note that this does not extend to cases where the Buyer is simply disappointed
with said product. insight-unlimited.com will determine material difference at
our discretion.
Please read carefully on how you
should submit a claim to insight-unlimited.com:
1.
Customers
must submit the claim report at the
latest 3 days after they receive the ordered items. You may submit your
claim through our Customer Service at [62 21] 391 6618 or email us at customerservice@insight-unlimited.com
with complete comments and information.
2.
Based
on this claim, we will then cross check with the product delivery report from
our courier. If the report shows that customers submitted claim after 3 days from the day products are
received, insight-unlimited.com has the right to refuse the claim.
3.
After
we received, processed and approved your
claim report, you must then send back
the said product to our office at:

4.
You
will be asked to either email or fax your payment receipt to customerservice@insight-unlimited.com
or Fx. [62 21] 391 6618. Our Customer Service will guide you on how your claim
will be processed and followed up.
5.
We
must receive your claimed product
within 7 working days (for Customers
living within Jakarta) and 14 working
days (for Customers living outside Jakarta) after your Claim Report is
approved or your claim will be cancelled
automatically (we will not make any enquiries phone call / email concerning
this matter.)
6.
Please
wrap and ensure the claimed product is shipped
with care to our office, should there be any damage happened to the product
while shipping, insight-unlimited.com has the right to refuse the claim.

Depending
on the Products Availability,
should the products are not available we might solve your claim with Money Refund Policy.
