Money Refund Policy

Should the claimed products are not available in stock we will refund your money as well as shipping fee charged to your account (excluding the shipping fee needed to ship the product to our place for claiming.) Please read through the terms and conditions below carefully:

1.        Customers are entitled for full money refund if the claimed products are not available in stock anymore.

2.        The estimated process time from claim report until money refund is roughly 14 working days (for Customers within Jakarta) and 21 working days (for Customers outside of Jakarta.)

1.        Customers who do not received their ordered products after 14 working days from the payment date are entitled for full money refund. Reasons Undelivered Products must according to our terms and conditions.

2.        Your refunded money will be transferred to your bank account. Our Customer Service will either call or email you to confirm the payment.
