How to Sign
Up
By signing up as our member, you must agree to provide
proper and accountable information that will not in any ways harm or violate
the regulation stated and cause disadvantage to any individual/organization. By
signing up as our member and providing any information, you agree to release
all charges from Insight Unlimited shall any use to the information provided by
members being conducted (read Privacy Policy.)
After you submit your request for membership, an email that
requires you to confirm your membership will be sent to your email. It is
important that you response to this confirmation request in order for us to
activate your membership. A link to
reconfirm your membership is provided. Simply click on RECONFIRM NOW. Your membership and private account are
automatically registered and confirmed in our database
Information Required
1.
Account ID
Your email will
be your login ID. Please submit your active email (one that you frequently
check.)
2.
Password, Private Question and Answer
Make sure your
password is something unique to yourself only. You will be asked to write a
Private Question and its Answer that are unique only to you, this is for your
security should you lost your password.

Personal Data / Profile
You will be asked to fill in all
information we needed in order to better serve you.
Surname is optional but please
submit one if you do have in order to avoid identical first name with another
member.
Please fill in your address as
complete as possible (especially post code, province and city.)
Provide only your current contact
numbers for our Customer Service to serve you better.
2.
Address
Your given address will be your
billing as well as shipping address. This means that we will automatically send
the ordered items to the provided address as recorded in your address book. If
you would like to change your shipping target, you should edit the address
information in your account. Please be
aware that this means you are also changing your billing address.
3.
Email
Confirmation
We will email you with all your
private datas as soon as you sign up and confirmed your membership with us. We
highly recommend for you to keep all confidential emails for future reference.
My Account
Every member of insight-unlimited.com has
a private Account page where you change/edit your profile and personal datas.
This page is accessible through the link on top left corner of our website.
The editable information includes all of your profile excluding your email address (as this
is also your customer ID) and private question.
You can also change your password in this page and a notification email
will be sent to your email.
Lost
Password
Should you lost your password, simply click on the “Forgot
Your Password?” You will be asked to submit your email address as your customer
ID; your Private Questions will pop up for you to submit the answer. If you
submitted the correct answer an email containing your password will be emailed
directly to your account.
Should you cannot remember the answer to your Private
Questions, you can call our Customer Service at [62 21] 391 6618. For our
members’ security, an interview will be conducted to the caller before our
Customer Service reset the account access.
