Find Products
Our website is designed to be userfriendly in browsing for products. All our products are categorized and fall under specific genres/authors/speakers, which are all available in the left column of the website.
We also provide Search Engine to help you find the products. This Search Engine will allow you to search under all main categories available (for example: Christian Books, Bibles, etc.)
Should you not know which category your item is located, you can search under Keyword, which allows you to search in all categories available.

Your Shopping Cart
Your Shopping Cart is where you can edit/change/move products and quantity ordered. You can see the grand total of your transaction from “To Buy Now” list written on top right of the page. Click on Update in order to view the latest changes made in your Shopping Cart.

Your Shopping Cart is divided into two areas:

To Buy Now
Items listed under this area are those that will be checked out altogether once you click Checkout. If you want certain items to be kept for next transaction, you can move them to the Save For Later area by clicking on the button “Save For Later”.

Save For Later
Items listed under this area are those that you choose to keep for future transaction. These items may remain in this area for as long as you are a member in our website. Should you decide to buy certain items in this area simply click on “Move to Cart” and proced to Check Out.

How to Check Out
You will be asked to re-enter your ID and password once when checking out your transaction. This is to ensure your profile and transaction security.
Please read and review all details in your Check Out area before placing your order. This is where you can change your shipping/billing and ordered details (quantity & amount)
Choose your payment options carefully and consider all the regulations from each payment type (read more on Payment.)
Should you want to change your shipping address please be aware that this will also change your billing address.

Bank Transfer (TRF) :: Offline Credit Card (OCC)

We offer three types of payment systems explained as below:

1. Transfer (TRF) from BCA or Other Banks

BCA (Bank Central Asia) provides 4 transfer systems:

1. Cash Transfer
Please retain your Transfer Slip for at least 30 days for future reference.

2. Internet Banking (www.klikbca.com)
Please retain your Transfer Transaction Email from BCA for at least 30 days for future reference.

3. Mobile Banking
Please retain your Transfer Transaction SMS from BCA for at least 30 days for future reference.

4. ATM Transfer
Please retain your Transfer Slip from the ATM Machine for at least 30 days for future reference.

After you submit the payment, you are required to confirm your payment to us. Please fill in all information needed for us to track your invoice and confirm your payment.
Should you transfer from any other Banks please fill in your Bank name, account name and account number (this is important in order for us to track your payment.)
After we received your payment confirmation we will directly process your order (read Shipping Policy.)

2. Offline Credit Card (OCC)

Offline Credit Card is a service we provide only for transaction above IDR 500,000 and available only for those who live in Jakarta. This system allows you to pay your order with Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) Our courier will bring with him the Credit Card machine to the designated Shipping and Billing Address, where you will have to provide us with:
- Phone line
- Electricity pluc / connection
Our Customer Service will give you a call to confirm delivery day and time. Please be aware that you will have to be there according to the confirmed delivery and transaction day and time. This transaction cannot be delegated / hand over to anyone else but the card owner.

How to Cancel
The items you order cannot be cancelled once:
• you have already paid and confirmed your payment to us (learn more on our Refund Policy)
• the items are already delivered to you.
