Product Guarantee
Our Guarantee Policy for all products in
insight-unlimited.com is as stated in Return/Exchange Policy. Apart from this policy, all
guarantees must be directed to the Guarantee Card/Policy that comes from the
supplier/vendor/manufacturer of said product (if available.)
Buyers are covered under our Guarantee if:
1.
The
Buyer purchased the items from insight-unlimited.com and has completed the
payment according to the systems provided.
2.
The buyer received the item, but the item was materially different
from the description in insight-unlimited.com.
Identifying
Exchangeable Products
A product is defined as Exchangeable or
Refundable if it is materially different from the description in
insight-unlimited.com, which affects its value or utility.
Products are considered "materially
different" if:
* Wrong
version or edition
*
Product condition or details not as described
*
Wrong product
*
Missing parts or components
*
Defective product
*
Damaged product
Please note that this does not extend to cases where the Buyer is simply disappointed
with said product. insight-unlimited.com will
determine material difference at our discretion.
