Weather Delays, Incidents and Natural Disasters

Should unfortunate events happen such as weather delays, incidents and natural disasters, we might fail to deliver the ordered items on time. Our Customer Service will contact you either through phone or email that the delivery is delayed. We may not be able to predict the approximate time for your items to reach the target shipping address on such events.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the ordered items are returned to us from our courier because of incorrect shipping address, we will cross check with your profile data. Our Customer Service will contact you to acquire the accurate / current Shipping Address directly from you. In this case you will be charged once again for the re-shipping process.

 

For Customers who live in Jakarta, free delivery only available for one time shipping, re-shipping process and fee caused by incorrect shipping address will be charged to you.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

When our courier arrives at the designated shipping address, we will ask for a signature from you or the assigned person for proof that the item has been delivered safely. Should no one is available to receive the ordered items; our courier will leave and return the items to us. In this case our Customer Service will contact you to arrange another delivery date and time, you may not submit any claim report or full money refund. 

 

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

If you have not received your ordered items after 14 working days from the payment confirmation date, you must submit a claim report to us either by phone at [62 21] 391 6618 or email to customerservice@insight-unlimited.com.

 

We will process your claim report (read How to Claim) by cross checking with our courier, should there be mistake in our part you are entitled for full money refund (read Money Refund Policy.)
